Think College -- Resources
College Readiness Programs TRIO PROGRAMS -- Designed to provide assistance and support to low-income students who will potentially be the first person in their family to attend college. Services include tutoring, college visits, assistance with college applications and financial aid, college counseling and other services related to college readiness. What Can Parents and Teachers Do If an Adolescent Begins to Fail in School?-- Explains how to identify a student who is beginning to fail in school and gives suggestions to assist students toward greater success.
Talking With Teens About Tough Issues-- Very informative articles showing practical ways to discuss issues with your child. Includes topics of violence, sex, drugs, alcohol, and others.
