Student Achievement
Wichita Public Schools employees have a common goal -
Significant work has taken place in the Wichita Public Schools over the last several years to develop and articulate expectations for high performing schools, and our high performing district. Four questions drive the district's work:
- What do we expect students to learn?
- How will we know when students have learned it?
- How will we respond when students to not learn?
- How will we respond when students do learn?
These questions are analyzed at all levels of the district. This analysis is used to develop specific strategies according to the unique needs of the students.
