• There are an additional 82.5 full time positions dedicated to capital improvement projects, including new construction, alterations and remodels, as well as safety, building code changes, ADA requirements and environmental issues.
• Estimated maintenance dollars spent per square foot of building space is $1.02.

• Total of 29,825 work requests processed during 2004-2005 fiscal year.
• We own and maintain a vehicle fleet of 244 cars, trucks, vans and heavy trucks.
• We own and maintain 293 additional pieces of construction-related equipment, 412 copy machines, and 5,453 music instruments.
