AmeriCorps GRASP members provide direct service to twelve Title 1 schools by tutoring and mentoring students. Members also serve the community by participating in National days of service and local community service projects. The program also offers an opportunity for members  to become highly qualified Paraprofessionals and encourages them to continue their education to become teachers.

AmeriCorps GRASP is a Corporation for National Service program administered  by the Wichita Public Schools for the
 Kansas Volunteer Commission.
