Athletics Gift Fund
During the first award year for the Athletics Gift Fund (2006-07), $10,500 was invested at each of the district's seven comprehensive high schools to support the purchase of new athletics uniforms. The $1,500 investment at each school supported the purchase of:
- East - 15 girls' basketball uniforms
- Heights - 36 soccer uniforms
- North - 18 wrestling singlets and head gear
- Northwest - 50 boys' soccer uniforms
- South - 36 track and field uniforms
- Southeast - 50 boys' soccer jerseys
- West - 14 boys' basketball shooter shirts and warm up pants
