Corporate and Indiviudal Founders Donate More Than $1.4 Million To Launch Education EDGE
Twenty Corporate Founders - each of whom donated $50,000 or more to the first-ever Education EDGE corporate campaign - provided the foundation to publicly launch the EDGE initiative with $1,073,000 in corporate contributions. In addition, $366,972 has been received in pledges from more than 800 district employees, retirees and community volunteers - 210 of whom are Individual Founders who pledged $1,000 or more. Combined, the Education EDGE private fundraising initiative was launched publicly with contributions and pledges totaling $1,439,972!
