The Building Automation Department is responsible for controlling 140 boilers, 111 air cooled screw chillers and numerous rooftop unit, along with all other air handling equipment. Over 8,423,336 square feet of district-owned buildings are maintained and monitored for climate control within these buildings. We provide 24/7 response and service. There is a total of six technicians in this department.
